All trucks, associated hardware, wheels, bearings, and risers bought through this website are not the property of KickPush Longboards LLC nor is KickPush Longboards LLC responsible for the misuse or damage caused to or because of the above listed products. The user assumes the responsibility for knowing and obeying all traffic laws and regulations in their city, county, state, or country. Please be safe and wear a helmet and protective gear. Skate at your own risk and pay attention to your surroundings.  Longboarding/Skateboarding, even when done well, can be a dangerous activity - you need to be careful at all times.

Artwork Copyright and Use Agreement

Any work that is already copyrighted or in use by another company is not usable on a deck unless following 'acceptable use' guidelines laid out by copyright laws.  Artwork that is not copyrighted can be used and will be copyrighted by KickPush Longboards LLC for future use.  If you own personal copyrighted work, accepting this agreement allows KickPush Longboards LLC to use said copyrighted work without penalty from owner.
